If this happens, people on the boat can be struck by plastic parts and seriously injured.
Since 2005, roughly 94 thousand of these Tow Behinds have been sold under various model numbers and descriptions. They were sold in department and retail stores in Tennessee and throughout the nation for between $50 and $240.
